The use of “modular” construction in multi-family dwellings began in the 1990’s and has become a model used by many developers today.

With the development of its 260 unit “Clayton Park” rental project, in 2003, Cantatore Industries, and their partners, laid the groundwork and was the catalyst for the renaissance of White Plains where over 1 Billion dollars of investment has been infused into the White Plains and Westchester County economy.
